Company Description Digital Dental Scan & Lab is a pioneering dental center and the first in Alexandria, Egypt to offer fully digital dental services under one roof. The center provides Radiology X-ray, scanning, a digital laboratory, and 3D printing, enabling accurate diagnoses and high-quality restorative solutions. By integrating advanced technologies, Digital Dental Scan supports dentists in delivering efficient, precise, and patient-focused care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk / Administrative Assistant role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Front Desk Receptionist will greet patients and visitors, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a professional, welcoming reception area. Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating patient flow with clinical staff, and handling inquiries about services. The role also involves performing basic clerical tasks such as maintaining records, organizing files, updating patient information, and processing payments or receipts as needed. The receptionist will work closely with the dental team to support smooth operations and provide a positive experience for all visitors. An administrative Assistant will work closely with the managers on administrative tasks including also organizing events and courses. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage front desk operations, scheduling, and documentation accurately. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and external partners. Candidates should possess proper Phone Etiquette to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment requests efficiently and courteously. Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a busy clinical environment and to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in basic computer applications and appointment scheduling systems; prior experience in a medical or dental setting is an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability; ability to work on-site full-time in Alexandria, Egypt. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration or healthcare reception is beneficial. Show more
