We're Hiring - Call Center Agent Pet Point is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team in Mohandessin, Giza. Key Responsibilities · Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally. · Explain product and service information and follow up on customer orders with relevant departments. · Record customer information and call details in the designated system. · Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards. Requirements · Relevant university degree. · Previous experience in call center or customer service. · Good communication and computer skills. · Good command of English. · Flexibility to work on rotating shifts. · Must reside near Mohandessin.
