We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in Egypt who is a strong problem-solver, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish. 🔹 What You’ll Do Handle customer queries and resolve product-related issues. Onboard and guide customers through QuickSync. Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes. Handle escalations and difficult customer situations. Proactively identify account issues before they affect customers. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams when required. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve product adoption and customer experience. 🔹 What We’re Looking For Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Technical aptitude and the ability to understand product workflows and integrations. Experience with CRM, ticketing, or customer support tools. Calm, patient, and confident when dealing with customers. Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management is preferred. E-commerce or SaaS experience is a plus. ⭐ What Matters Most We’re looking for someone who doesn't just answer tickets.
