Requirements * Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * Strong interest in management accounting, budgeting, and business analysis. * Analytical mindset with strong numerical reasoning skills. * Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets); formulas, pivots, and charts a must. * Ability to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable working with assumptions, models, and scenarios. * Detail-oriented with a planning and forecasting mindset. * Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (debits, credits, ledgers) is a plus but not required. * Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus. * Previous professional accounting or finance experience is not required. What You'll Gain * Hands-on experience with budgets, forecasts, and management reports. * Practical skills in product costing, CVP, and profitability analysis. * Understanding of how accounting supports strategic business decisions. * Experience building KPI dashboards and performance reports. * Skills in scenario analysis, capital budgeting, and pricing models. * Experience using AI and modern analytics tools. * Portfolio-ready budgets, forecasts, and management reports. * Personalized AI feedback on your work. * Professional certificate upon successful completion. * Mentorship and weekly learning sessions. * Opportunity to strengthen your portfolio, resume, and interview readiness.
