Team members work collaboratively to deliver high-quality educational experiences tailored to diverse learner needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Tutor role based in Cairo. The English Tutor will deliver engaging lessons to individuals and small groups, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and materials, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adjusting teaching strategies to meet different learning styles and levels. The tutor will also support learners in exam preparation, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Tutoring skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt methods to different proficiency levels. Candidates should possess Online Tutoring and Communication skills to interact effectively with learners and, when needed, support remote or blended learning formats. Candidates should possess solid English Grammar knowledge and the ability to help learners apply grammar accurately in speaking and writing. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred. Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are beneficial. Prior experience in classroom or small-group instruction is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage time effectively, and maintain professional classroom conduct.
