Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, requiring a minimum of 15 years of experience. This role oversees planning, execution, and delivery of civil and steel building projects, ensuring that scope, budget, and timelines are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, managing resources, supervising site activities, and collaborating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, manage risks, handle stakeholder communication, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also requires preparing reports, resolving issues that may impact project milestones, and supporting continuous improvement of project management practices. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, follow up on suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of project items. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety regulations. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transport, storage, and on-time availability of materials and equipment. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field are preferred. Experience in industrial or residential construction projects and familiarity with steel structures is an advantage. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to lead cross-functional teams on-site.
