This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure the system, provide technical support, and ensure smooth functionality through troubleshooting and optimization Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and customize odoo ERP solutions to meet client requirements Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for system improvements Work within an agentic, AI-driven delivery model, using AI agents to speed up requirements analysis, configuration, documentation, and testing, and reviewing and validating their output create detailed professional documentation based on templates Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to odoo applications Provide user training and ongoing support to clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Stay updated with the latest odoo features and industry best practices Qualifications 1 year of experience in Odoo implementation Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system and business processes Excellent problem-solving and research skills Hands-on experience using AI agents and agentic tools in daily work, with the ability to direct them, check their output, and fit into an agent-based workflow Ability to work both independently and within a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, business informatics, accounting or a related field Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance and social insurance Hybrid work environment Career growth opportunities in a dynamic and expanding company Exposure to global clients and projects Show more
