We're Hiring: Quality Control Coordinator Work Location: Nasr City, Cairo Looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to monitor process compliance, review operational tickets, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement across departments. Key Responsibilities: Monitor compliance with approved SOPs, policies, and workflows. Review CS tickets and identify process deviations, errors, and system issues. Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and follow up on corrective actions. Monitor operational reports and ERP usage for accuracy and compliance. Prepare periodic reports, track recurring issues, and document findings. Identify process gaps and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Operations, or Process Monitoring. Excellent English communication skills. Good Microsoft Excel skills and experience handling data and reports. Basic to intermediate ERP knowledge. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
