About the Job
We’re looking for a Front Line – Customer Service Representative to provide excellent face-to-face service and ensure a positive customer experience. 📍 Location: Heliopolis 📌 Preferred: Candidates residing in Heliopolis or nearby areas. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions. Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when needed. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
