About the Role Join one of the leading retail customer service operations and become the voice of a well-known retail brand. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will assist customers through phone, chat, and email channels, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through voice, chat, and email channels. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and promotions. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Process requests such as order updates, returns, exchanges, and general inquiries. Build positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication. Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards. Accurately document customer interactions within internal systems. Stay updated on products, services, and retail policies to provide the best customer support. Candidate Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Arabic speaker with English proficiency level A2 or above. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
