We’re hiring: Supply Chain Finance Manager 📍 Location: Abu Rawash, Giza 👤 Reports to: Chief Financial Officer 👥 Team Responsibility: Costing and Inventory Control Role purpose: Lead financial business partnership across procurement, production, planning, and logistics, overseeing the Costing and Inventory Control teams. Working closely with the CFO and the Finance and Supply Chain Leadership Teams, you will improve cost visibility, product profitability, inventory governance, and working capital while building the capabilities and processes needed for our next stage of growth. Key responsibilities: ▪️ Partner with operations: Provide practical financial insights and evaluate sourcing decisions, production capacity, capital investments, and logistics projects. ▪️ Lead costing and profitability analysis: Maintain accurate standard costs and bills of materials; analyze purchase prices, material usage, labor, overheads, and product margins to identify improvement opportunities. ▪️ Strengthen inventory control: Oversee stock counts, reconciliations, and accurate ERP inventory transactions across production sites, warehouses, and retail outlets. ▪️ Improve cash and efficiency: Reduce waste, shrinkage, and slow-moving inventory; assess stockholding and supplier payment terms with Procurement. ▪️ Plan and explain performance: Lead supply chain budgets and forecasts in close partnership with the FPamp;A Lead, translating cost drivers and variances into clear recommendations and actions. ▪️ Support transformation: Improve capital efficiency, overall reporting, systems, and financial controls, and track the benefits of cost and productivity initiatives. ▪️ Develop the team: Set clear priorities, coach team members, and strengthen capabilities across Costing and Inventory Control. Qualifications: ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. ✔️ At least 7 years of relevant finance experience, including manufacturing or supply chain finance. ✔️ Proven people management experience, including coaching and developing finance teams. ✔️ Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting and controls, budgeting, and variance analysis. ✔️ Food production or FMCG experience strongly preferred. ✔️ Strong Excel and ERP skills; experience with databases and reporting tools is an advantage. ✔️ Ability to influence operational teams, communicate clearly, and drive improvements in a growing business.
