Role Summary The HVAC Applications & Product Engineering Specialist will support the sales and business development teams by providing technical expertise, delivering optimized HVAC solutions, and ensuring alignment with customer and market requirements. The role involves preparing technical documentation, developing engineering tools, driving automation initiatives, and leveraging data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and application engineering expertise for HVAC products and solutions. Review project specifications, customer requirements, and design criteria to recommend optimal HVAC solutions. Prepare, update, and maintain product catalogs, selection software, technical submittals, and engineering documentation. Collaborate with sales, design, product management, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Develop engineering tools, calculators, and automated workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to support business decision-making and product management activities. Participate in product improvement initiatives by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and technical requirements. Support digital transformation projects through the implementation of automation, data analytics, and process optimization solutions. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. 2-4 years of experience in HVAC applications engineering, technical support, product management, or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment selection, and industry applications. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Python. Experience in data analysis, dashboard development, process automation, and digital solutions. Knowledge of software development, scripting, or programming concepts is highly preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
