📢 We’re Hiring: Senior NLP Engineer ✅ What You’ll Do Develop and productionize NLP and LLM-based solutions. Evaluate LLMs, SLMs, and specialized language models for different business use cases. Build and optimize self-hosted LLM/SLM inference environments. Fine-tune models using LoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning, and supervised fine-tuning. Apply quantization, pruning, distillation, and other model optimization techniques. Optimize inference performance, latency, throughput, memory, and GPU utilization. Build NLP solutions for classification, information extraction, semantic similarity, and summarization. Develop evaluation pipelines and collaborate with AI Platform and LLMOps teams to deploy models into production. Benchmark emerging models and technologies to identify the best solutions for each use case. ✅ What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and transformer-based models. Experience with open-source and self-hosted LLMs. Strong Python and machine learning engineering skills. Proficiency with Hugging Face Transformers and related tools. Practical experience with fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, quantization, and model optimization. Experience with inference frameworks such as vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, llama.cpp, or equivalent. Strong understanding of GPU-based inference and performance optimization. Experience deploying AI/NLP models into production. Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and model evaluation.
