Role Description: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django. Build and extend platform plugins and integrations. Develop and consume RESTful APIs. Optimize PostgreSQL databases and write efficient queries. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams through code reviews and Git workflows. Participate in CI/CD, deployment, and troubleshooting activities. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements.
