Job Purpose The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling hotel and cruise reservations efficiently and professionally, ensuring accuracy in booking details, maximizing occupancy, and delivering excellent customer service through clear written communication. Key Responsibilities Manage hotel and cruise reservations across Cairo and Nile Cruise operations. Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms. Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Coordinate with sales, front office, and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences. Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports for management. Handle special requests and group bookings with attention to detail. Ensure compliance with company policies and reservation procedures. Contribute to maximizing occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel and cruise reservations.
