Alorica is hiring Bilingual French Customer Service Representatives to join its team in Sheikh Zayed. In this role, you will communicate with customers in both French and English, handle inquiries professionally, provide accurate support, and ensure a positive customer experience across assigned channels. Key responsibilities include: Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Communicate clearly in both French and English Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of service Follow company procedures and quality standards Maintain strong customer satisfaction Work effectively within a fast-paced international environment Adapt to rotational schedules based on business requirements Qualifications: French Level: B2 English Level: B2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset Ability to work rotational shifts Graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply Egyptians only Maximum age: 40 Completed military status where applicable Both males and females can apply RTS with all their papers ready.
