Role Description The Administrative Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations, including managing student records, organizing course schedules, and maintaining databases and filing systems. The Administrative Specialist will coordinate communication between students, faculty, and external partners, respond to inquiries, and support registration, admissions, and event logistics. The role includes preparing documents and reports, tracking payments and fees in coordination with finance, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies. The Administrative Specialist will also assist with office supply management, basic HR and onboarding tasks for new staff or instructors, and provide general administrative support to the leadership team. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, record keeping, and attention to detail. Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with students, faculty, and partners in person, by phone, and by email. Candidates should possess solid computer literacy, including proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort with databases or student information systems. Candidates should possess skills in time management, task prioritization, and problem-solving to handle multiple requests and meet deadlines. Candidates should possess a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and service orientation, particularly in an educational and mental health-related environment. Candidates should possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, business, social sciences, or a related field; prior experience in academic or training institutions is highly beneficial. Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in New Cairo, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend activities tied to courses or events. Candidates should possess basic familiarity or interest in psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health education, which will support understanding of the institution’s programs and stakeholders.
