Senior Marketing Specialist

Level: Senior (4–6 years of experience) About us Helm Hospitality — A Cairo-based hospitality group that builds and operates its own F&B brands. Tristar Middle East — A workforce training provider serving the energy, industrial and corporate sectors across MENA since 2001, and an approved CIPS centre. Both companies share one in-house marketing team, handling everything from content creation to paid ads. The role We are hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing for both companies and supervise a Junior Marketing Specialist. This is a hands-on senior role. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans for both companies Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads Manage social media, content, campaigns, influencer partnerships and events for Helm Hospitality Drive course launches, exam campaigns and enrollment for Tristar Middle East through Google Search, LinkedIn and email Produce and edit content when required Track performance and deliver monthly reports Supervise and develop the Junior Marketing Specialist Requirements 4–6 years of hands-on marketing experience Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns directly Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing; F&B, hospitality or training is a plus Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, including short-form video content Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic Able to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines Willing to execute tasks personally when needed, from content to campaign setup Available for events and occasional travel Based in Cairo, able to work on-site in Heliopolis Show more
