Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-growing US company with customer inquiries, order and account issues, and day-to-day service operations. Salary: Top-of-market salary paid in USD Location: Remote Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with clear, friendly, and accurate answers Resolve issues related to orders, billing, accounts, refunds, and returns Escalate complex cases to the right team with complete, well-documented notes Keep tickets organized, updated, and resolved within response-time targets Follow up with customers to make sure issues are fully closed and they're satisfied Flag recurring problems and share customer feedback to help improve products and processes Candidate Profile Fluent in English, both written and spoken 2+ years of customer service or customer support experience, ideally with US customers Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or Intercom Calm, patient, and professional, including with frustrated customers Strong written communication, with attention to tone and detail Organized and reliable, able to handle a high volume of tickets E-commerce or SaaS support experience is a strong plus Why This Role Earn in USD while working remotely Work directly with a fast-growing US company Be the voice of the brand for its customers Long-term role with room to grow as the company scales Show more
