Estimation / Tendering Manager – Fit-Out

We’re Hiring | Estimation / Tendering Manager – Fit-Out Location: Egypt We are looking for an experienced Estimation / Tendering Manager to lead the pricing and tendering of contracting and interior fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia, working from our Egypt office. Key Responsibilities Lead the tendering process from document review and quantity take-off to final technical and commercial submission. Review drawings, specifications and BOQs, identifying scope gaps, discrepancies and pricing risks. Prepare and review detailed cost breakdowns, including materials, labour, equipment, subcontractors and indirect costs. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors serving the Saudi market. Prepare tender clarifications, qualifications, exclusions and value engineering proposals. Manage the estimation team and ensure accurate, competitive submissions within deadlines. Coordinate the handover of awarded tenders to procurement and project delivery teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline. Extensive experience in contracting and interior fit-out estimation, including team management. Proven hands-on experience pricing and tendering projects located in Saudi Arabia is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Saudi market rates, suppliers, subcontractors and labour productivity. Previous experience as an Estimation Manager, Tendering Manager, Tender Manager, Head of Estimation, or an equivalent role. Proficiency in Excel and relevant estimation and quantity take-off software. Good command of English and the ability to manage multiple tenders.
