Team members collaborate to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience, from initial inquiry to post-trip support. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Cairo. The Travel Consultant will handle daily client inquiries, recommend suitable travel options, and prepare detailed itineraries according to client preferences and budgets. Responsibilities include managing bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages, as well as modifying and canceling arrangements when needed. The role involves coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other service providers, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and promotions. The Travel Consultant will provide attentive customer service, resolve issues quickly, and support sales and marketing activities related to travel packages. Qualifications Strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills, with the ability to plan comprehensive itineraries and advise clients on suitable options. Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and tour packages. Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem solving, and client satisfaction. Good knowledge of global destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements, especially for common routes from Cairo. Proficiency in travel booking systems, GDS platforms, and standard office productivity tools. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple client requests, and maintain accuracy under time pressure. Relevant educational background in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism environment is a strong advantage; multilingual skills are a plus. Show more
