Forward Deployed Full-Stack Engineer Venora is hiring its first full-time engineer to build and deploy software for real businesses. Venora is a software company that builds web and mobile systems for businesses. Our first client is an accounting and advisory office in Egypt, with additional client projects to follow. This is a forward-deployed engineering role. You will work directly with the founder and clients to understand business workflows, turn them into software, build the system, and deploy it into production. You will work in person with the founder at our office in Obour City. What you will do Build and maintain web applications for business clients, starting with an accounting-office management system. Work directly with the founder and clients to understand workflows, requirements and business rules. Turn business requirements into reliable, maintainable software. Build interfaces using React and TypeScript with PostgreSQL/Supabase. Design and integrate APIs and third-party services. Implement authentication, permissions, access control and secure data handling. Deploy applications and manage production environments. Troubleshoot production issues and take ownership of fixes. Write automated tests, especially for financial calculations and business-critical logic. Build Arabic/English interfaces, including proper RTL support. Document systems and decisions so another engineer can understand and maintain the code. Help estimate features, break projects into phases and deliver them with the founder. Work on additional web, mobile and automation projects as Venora grows. What we’re looking for 2+ years of experience building and shipping web applications. Strong React + TypeScript skills. Solid SQL/PostgreSQL knowledge. Experience designing and consuming APIs. Understanding of authentication, authorization, permissions and basic web security. Experience deploying applications to production and troubleshooting them. Strong attention to correctness, especially when handling money and business-critical data. Understanding of automated testing and good software engineering practices. Comfortable using AI coding tools to increase productivity while reviewing and validating their output. Able to work independently and take ownership of a feature from requirements through deployment. Comfortable communicating with non-technical clients and translating business problems into technical solutions. Working Arabic and English, written and spoken. Available for on-site work in Obour City, 5 days per week. Nice to have Flutter or React Native. Arabic/RTL application experience. PDF generation and reporting. Accounting, ERP or business-management software experience. Experience with automation/integration platforms such as n8n. Experience with cloud hosting, CI/CD or Docker.
