About the role: You'll be responsible for assisting with variety of administrative tasks including: schedule meetings & appointments, transportation, booking meeting rooms, answer phone calls and greeting our guests in a professional manner and assisting collogues in administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude Booking meeting rooms and schedule appointments Answer phone calls in a professional manner Support in transportation, catering etc Required skills: At least 1 year experience in similar roles You have excellent English language skills You have a Bachelor’s degree Excellent Computer Skills You have exceptional organization & interpersonal skills Phenomenal attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
