Sales Executive

United Elevators is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential project leads Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, project management companies, and other key stakeholders Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, and business opportunities and identify potential sales opportunities Manage the sales cycle from initial contact, opportunity qualification, quotation, negotiation, award, and handover Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations Understand client and project requirements and coordinate with Technical, Commercial, and Operations teams to prepare suitable solutions and proposals Follow up on quotations and negotiations and ensure timely responses to clients Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, opportunity status, forecasts, and customer records Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the market, competitors, projects, and customer requirements Achieve agreed sales targets and business development objectives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, business development, or a similar role Proven experience in project-based sales and client relationship management Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills Commercially driven with a results-oriented and proactive approach Strong ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert leads into business Very good command of English Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience using CRM systems is preferred Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project-related activities Elevators Industry & Real Estate Experience is a strong advantage Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
