We deliver integrated ELV systems for commercial, industrial, governmental, and residential projects across Egypt. Role Overview: The Logistics Specialist will coordinate daily freight movements, prepare essential shipping documentation, and maintain accurate system records to ensure shipments are tracked and processed on time. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily shipping schedules and track active transit statuses for inbound and outbound cargo. Prepare, review, and organize shipping documents, ensuring all paperwork is correctly submitted to avoid port delays. Update and maintain shipment tracking report. Act as the daily point of contact for external logistics vendors, couriers, and freight forwarders Assist the Senior Specialist in gathering data for landed cost calculations and freight estimations. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in logistics, or a related operational role. Solid foundational knowledge of shipping documentation and basic customs procedures.
