About the Job: The Logistics Operations Specialist will coordinate international and domestic shipment execution from booking through plant delivery, maintaining shipment visibility, document readiness, provider follow-up, and cost control for CKD parts, equipment, and other materials. Responsibilities: Coordinate international and domestic shipments from booking through plant delivery. Review shipping documents and support customs clearance. Track shipment milestones, ETAs, costs, free time, and delivery risks. Maintain accurate logistics reports and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, shipping, or manufacturing logistics. Knowledge of sea and air freight, FCL/LCL, Incoterms, shipping documents, ACID/CargoX, Excel, and SAP/ERP. Professional fluency in English and Arabic. Show more
