Role Description The AI Application Developer Senior Supervisor (.NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This position oversees the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled .NET applications, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. The role includes leading a development team, reviewing code, guiding architecture decisions, and managing integration with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems. Daily responsibilities involve collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, transforming business needs into technical solutions, and coordinating with operations and infrastructure teams to support production environments. The supervisor also mentors team members, enforces development best practices, and contributes to continuous improvement of Xceed’s technology platforms. Requirements:- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * 4+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior/leadership role. * Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs. * Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server. * Good knowledge of React or Angular. * Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. * Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage. * Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in English.
