About the Job

Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions for MYA Restaurant & Lounge, ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards, culture, and growth objectives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo and involves managing recruitment and onboarding, workforce planning, and employee relations for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, performance management processes, and training programs to support employee development, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee inquiries, maintaining HR records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, managing disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and health and safety regulations. The role collaborates closely with operations and management to create a positive, inclusive workplace and support high service standards. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Human Resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations within hospitality, F&B, or a comparable service industry. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices related to workplace health, safety, and employee welfare in Egypt. Proficiency in HR administration, including HRIS systems, record keeping, basic payroll coordination, and benefits support. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to design and deliver training, support talent development, and foster an inclusive, performance-focused culture. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Arabic, and prior experience working in an upscale or premium hospitality setting is highly beneficial. Show more
