About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess potential SME clients and associated credit risks.
• Prepare and review credit studies, financial analyses, and credit proposals.
• Review requests for new facilities, renewals, increases, amendments, and exceptions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, arrears, credit utilization, and compliance with approved terms.
• Track changes in customers’ risk profiles and escalate concerns when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while delivering excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities to grow the existing customer portfolio and generate new business.
• Conduct market visits and business development activities to attract potential clients.
• Monitor competitor practices and market trends and report relevant insights to management.
Job Requirements:
• 4–5 years of relevant banking and/or SME experience.
• Strong experience in SME, Corporate, Business, or Retail Lending and Sales.
• Experience in Microfinance Operations and Customer Experience is highly desirable.
• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
