Resolve Issues: Provide fast, effective solutions with a customer-first approach. Record Keeping: Update CRM records accurately after each interaction. Achieve Metrics: Meet core quality and performance targets (CSAT, FCR). Requirements Languages: C1 Level French and B2 Level English (both required). Experience: Customer service/contact center background is a plus (fresh grads with strong skills are welcome!). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
