What you'll do: We at noon are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manager, People Services to join our dynamic people technology team in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This role will be responsible for core People operations, including HRMS administration, employee lifecycle processes (onboarding and offboarding), HR documentation, government relations (including social insurance and labor office matters), and employee data management, ensuring a smooth and compliant HR experience. HR Systems & Data Management Administer and maintain HRMS; ensure data accuracy and integrity. Generate HR reports and dashboards for management. Support digitization and automation of people operations processes. Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, induction, system access, and welcome kits. Handle offboarding procedures such as exit interviews, clearance processes, final settlement, and deactivation from systems. Ensure seamless coordination between People, IT, and payroll teams during onboarding/offboarding. HR Letters & Documentation: Prepare and issue employment letters, salary certificates, experience letters, and other official HR documents. Maintain a central repository of employee documents in compliance with data protection regulations. Social Insurance & Government Relations: Manage employee registration and deregistration with Egypt’s social insurance authority. Ensure timely submission of required documents to labor and insurance offices. Liaise with external consultants or authorities on employment law and statutory compliance updates. General HR Operations: Maintain employee records both digitally and physically. Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to HR documentation and employee records. Assist in implementing people policies and standard operating procedures. Respond to employee queries related to People Services. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 6-7 years of experience in HR operations or shared services; e-commerce or tech sector experience is a plus. Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures. Hands-on experience with HRMS. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluency in Arabic and English. Who will excel? We’re looking for people with high standards who understand that hard work matters.
