Employer Overview A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced HR & Admin professional to support its people operations and day-to-day administrative activities. The company operates in a structured manufacturing environment where HR works closely with Production, Finance, Warehouse, Quality, and other support functions. Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR & Admin Specialist to manage core HR operations and administrative activities within a manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, recruitment coordination, employee relations, labor compliance, and general administrative support while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Manage employee personnel files, contracts, documentation, and HR records in line with company policies and legal requirements. Monitor daily attendance, shifts, overtime, leaves, absences, and employee working hours. Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, deductions, incentives, and employee changes. Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding. Manage employee onboarding, orientation, probation follow-up, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes. Support employee relations activities and handle day-to-day employee inquiries, complaints, and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with applicable Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and internal HR policies. Coordinate employee social insurance documentation and other governmental HR-related requirements. Support performance management, training coordination, and employee development activities. Handle general administrative activities, including office services, employee transportation, uniforms, accommodation where applicable, supplies, vendors, and facility-related coordination. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field. Experience 3–5 years of practical HR and Administration experience. Previous experience within a manufacturing, factory, industrial, or production environment is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience in HR operations, personnel, attendance, payroll preparation, and employee relations. Technical Skills Personnel administration and employee documentation. Attendance, leave, overtime, and shift management. Payroll preparation and payroll input review. Recruitment and onboarding. Employee relations. Egyptian labor law. Social insurance procedures. Disciplinary procedures and employee investigations. Performance management support. Training coordination. HR reporting and employee data management. General administration and vendor coordination. Computer Skills Good to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Ability to prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases. Language Skills Fluent Arabic. Good command of written and spoken English. Abilities Ability to manage day-to-day HR operations independently. Ability to work closely with Production supervisors and department heads. Ability to manage both office employees and factory workforce requirements. Ability to maintain accurate records and meet monthly payroll deadlines. Ability to interpret and apply HR policies consistently. Ability to coordinate effectively with external authorities, service providers, and vendors. Show more
