About the Job
We are looking for an experienced HR & Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to join our team and support the development of a strong, performance-driven organization. Requirements Key Responsibilities: * Develop and update organizational structures and job descriptions * Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal systems * Design and manage performance management systems and KPIs * Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition * Develop career paths, succession plans, and employee development programs * Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives * Support management in improving organizational effectiveness and employee performance * Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights Requirements: * Proven experience in *Human Resources and Organizational Development* * Strong knowledge of performance management and KPI frameworks * Experience in developing HR policies, processes, and organizational structures * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Experience in fast-growing or multi-department organizations is preferred Show more
