Senior Graphic Designer

Galala University is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Creative Services Department within the Business Development Sector. We are looking for a creative and experienced designer with a strong visual sense who can translate ideas and communication objectives into impactful designs across digital and print platforms while maintaining Galala University’s brand identity. Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and visual designs for university campaigns, events, social media, digital platforms, and printed materials. Maintain consistency with Galala University’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all communication materials. Translate creative briefs into engaging and effective visual solutions. Design and adapt content across multiple formats and platforms. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other university departments on campaigns and projects. Prepare artwork and production-ready files for digital and print applications. Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Contribute creative ideas and visual direction to major university campaigns and events. Review designs and ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality before final delivery. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior-level role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaigns, social media, and print design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience in higher education, advertising, or creative agencies is an advantage. “` Show more
