Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential B2B clients Conduct outdoor meetings and field visits with prospective customers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Understand customer needs and present suitable PetroApp solutions Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance Requirements 3+ years of experience in outdoor/field sales within B2B or corporate sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities Strong business development and prospecting skills Highly motivated and target-oriented Ability to work independently and manage frequent client visits Previous experience in fintech, fleet management, fuel, SaaS, or related industries is a plus Benefits Competitive salary package Attractive commission and incentive scheme Medical & Social insurance Career growth and development opportunities Regular employee engagement and wellbeing activities Show more
