What You’ll Do Support our customers through phone, chat, and email in both English and Arabic Answer questions, solve problems, and make sure customers have a good experience Follow clear guidelines and use tools to help customers quickly and correctly What We Offer What We’re Looking For You speak and write clearly in both Arabic and English (B2 level or above in English) You’re comfortable with rotational shifts and can work from the office You’re helpful, calm under pressure, quick to learn, and take your work seriously. We don’t want to oversell it. This is real customer service work, it can be stressful, especially during busy hours. You need to be ready to handle difficult conversations, follow processes carefully, and keep a good, positive attitude even on the tough days. Is This Role Right for You? Base salary: 18,000 EGP gross (around 13,320 EGP net) Language allowance: up to 7,000 EGP gross (around 4,250 EGP net) based on English & Arabic level Performance bonus: up to 70% of your base salary Transportation Allowance: 230 EGP per day Top performers can earn up to 37,600 EGP gross (around 27,824 EGP net).
