عن الوظيفة مطلوب منسق توصيل شحنات يكون مسؤول عن متابعة وتنظيم عمليات التوصيل اليومية، والتنسيق مع شركات الشحن، والتأكد إن الطلبات بتوصل في مواعيدها وبشكل سليم. المهام الرئيسية متابعة الشحنات وحالة التوصيل يوميًا. التنسيق والمتابعة مع شركات الشحن ومندوبي التوصيل. متابعة الشحنات المتأخرة أو اللي فشل توصيلها أو رجعت. حل مشاكل التوصيل والتنسيق مع خدمة العملاء والمخزن. متابعة أداء شركات الشحن وجودة الخدمة. تجهيز تقارير التوصيل اليومية والأسبوعية. متابعة مؤشرات أداء التوصيل. تحديث بيانات الشحنات والتأكد من دقتها. المساعدة في تحسين عملية التوصيل وتقليل التأخير ومشاكل الشحن. المتطلبات مؤهل عالي، ويفضل لوجستيات أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة من 1–3 سنوات في اللوجستيات، شركات الشحن، الـ E-commerce أو الـ Last Mile Delivery. يفضل وجود خبرة في التعامل مع شركات الشحن. إجادة Excel وGoogle Sheets. الخبرة في Odoo أو أنظمة إدارة الشحن تعتبر ميزة. مهارات قوية في المتابعة والتنسيق وحل المشاكل. القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط ومتابعة أكتر من مهمة في نفس الوقت. دقة واهتمام بالتفاصيل. About The Role We are looking for a Parcel Delivery Coordinator to manage and follow up on daily parcel deliveries, coordinate with courier companies, and ensure orders are delivered on time and smoothly. Key Responsibilities Follow up on daily shipments and delivery status. Coordinate with courier companies and delivery partners. Track delayed, failed, cancelled, and returned shipments. Handle delivery issues and coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams. Monitor courier performance and service quality. Prepare daily and weekly delivery reports. Track delivery KPIs and performance. Maintain accurate shipment records and data. Help improve delivery processes and reduce delays and delivery issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree; Logistics or a related field is preferred. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier companies, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery. Experience dealing with courier companies is preferred. Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with Odoo or delivery management systems is a plus. Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Show more
