As an employee of our company, you will collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate records and smooth financial operations. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive member of staff with 0–2 years of experience in accounting or a finance-related role. You will report directly to your Accounting Manager and collaborate with other departments when needed to support company-wide financial accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Nasr City Branch, with working hours from Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position is both precise and dependable by nature — you need to be comfortable working with numbers, systems, and deadlines. We expect the candidate to be proactive, organized, and trustworthy. Customer Relationship Personal Evolution Autonomy Administrative Work Technical Expertise Responsibilities Assist in daily accounting operations and data entry Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Handling Vendor & Customer Accounts Support in Preparing Reports Must Have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Nice to have Experience using Odoo or similar ERP system Familiarity with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting department Strong analytical skills What We Offer We offer monthly performance-based bonuses to reward commitment and achievement, recognizing the efforts of our team members.
