We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to support our people operations, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. Position Overview The Junior HR Specialist will assist in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to grow in the HR field and contribute to building a positive workplace culture within a creative, event-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions, including event staff, creative roles, and production teams. Support onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have the necessary tools, resources, and information. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases. Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities. Help coordinate HR-related communications, policies, and announcements. Provide administrative support for payroll preparation and attendance tracking. Support employee engagement programs and assist in resolving basic HR inquiries. Assist with compliance and adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of HR experience (internships and freelance HR support count). Understanding of basic HR processes, labor law, and recruitment best practices. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of HR software is a plus). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Key Competencies Detail-oriented and proactive.
