Position Overview The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visual materials for events, productions, and client campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior designers and account managers to bring concepts to life across print and digital formats. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing visual assets for events, branding, stage backdrops, activations, and marketing campaigns. Create digital and print materials such as social media posts, invitations, banners, brochures, and presentation decks. Prepare production-ready files for printing, fabrication, and digital publishing. Work under the guidance of senior designers to ensure creative consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative output. Organize and maintain design files, assets, and resources. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1 year of design experience, preferably in events, marketing, or production industries (internships count). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. Basic knowledge of preparing files for print and digital use. Ability to follow creative direction and adapt to feedback. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
