Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Experience in Preventive Maintenance to plan and perform regular inspections, testing, and servicing of systems to minimize downtime. Effective Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to manage client expectations on-site. Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with security and telecommunication standards is an advantage. Willingness to travel within Egypt, work in the field under varying conditions, and respond to urgent service calls when needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering. 2–5 years of relevant experience. Maintenance/Service background is a plus. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
