Your Job As an Export Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible of managing and optimizing export logistics operations. This includes coordinating with freight partners, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments, maintaining documentation accuracy, and supporting operational continuity. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient logistics execution and proactive problem-solving. What You Will Do Freight Coordination & Optimization Delivery Scheduling & Order Booking Shipment Organization & Documentation Loading Plan Development Container Placement & System Updates Warehouse Collaboration Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution Export Invoice Processing Team Coverage & Documentation Monitoring daily Reports in Power BI Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Good Knowledge in export coordination, logistics, or international shipping roles. Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to details, and ability to manage priorities.
