About the Role: Designing and engineering high-velocity delivery hubs that maximize productivity per square meter. Job Responsibilities AutoCAD Design: Produce optimized floor plans for all needed sites, focusing on "U-shaped" flow, conveyor placement, and courier dispatch zones Civil & Electrical Oversight: Supervise the fit-out of HVAC, fire suppression, and high-load electrical systems (required for autosorters) Technical Audit: Conduct "pre-buy" structural audits of prospective sites to ensure floor-load and height compliance Lean Implementation: Design hub layouts that force adherence to 5S methodology and minimize waste in parcel handling Job Qualifications Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or MEP Engineering 6-7 years of relevant experience in fit-out projects, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or commercial environments Strong expertise in fit-out design and execution Proficient in AutoCAD Solid knowledge of OSHA and NFPA standards and safety regulations We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
