Senior Graphic Designer & Animation Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Animation Specialist to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and visual communication. You will lead the development of high-impact visuals and animations for digital campaigns, branding initiatives, product marketing, and social media content. The ideal candidate has a solid background in both static and motion design, with a portfolio that demonstrates originality, technical skill, and the ability to create engaging visual experiences. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Design high-quality graphics for web, mobile, print, and social media platforms. Create engaging 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, and motion graphics. Lead creative direction for visual campaigns and collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams. Translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs and animations that align with brand identity. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation tools, and industry best practices. ⸻ Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field. 5+ years of experience in graphic design and animation roles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), and other design/motion tools (e.g., Figma, Cinema 4D, Blender). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling. A portfolio showcasing both static and animated design work. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications Experience with UI/UX design or interactive media.
