محاسب عام مقر العمل: شيراتون - القاهرة اسم الشركة: بروفيشنال برنت نبحث عن "محاسب عام" ذو كفاءة للانضمام إلى فريقنا المالي، ليكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، وضمان الدقة في التقارير المالية، والمساهمة في استقرار وتطوير الأداء المالي للشركة. المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية: إدارة القيود اليومية: إثبات وتسجيل جميع الحركات المالية اليومية في الدفاتر والأنظمة المحاسبية المعتمدة. التسويات البنكية: مراجعة وتسوية الحسابات البنكية بشكل دوري لضمان تطابق الأرصدة. إدارة الحسابات: متابعة حسابات العملاء (المدينين) والموردين (الدائنين)، وضمان تحصيل وسداد المستحقات في مواعيدها. حساب التكاليف والمخزون: متابعة حركة المخازن (الوارد والمنصرف من المواد الخام)، والمشاركة في الجرد الدوري، وحساب تكاليف التشغيل. التقارير المالية: إعداد موازين المراجعة، والقوائم المالية (قائمة الدخل، المركز المالي) بشكل شهري وسنوي. الإقرارات الضريبية: إعداد وتجهيز ملفات الضرائب (القيمة المضافة، الخصم والإضافة، كسب العمل) وفقاً للقوانين المحلية. المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة: التعليم: بكالوريوس تجارة (قسم محاسبة). الخبرة: خبرة عملية من [2 إلى 5] سنوات في مجال الحسابات العامة. المهارات التقنية: إجادة تامة للعمل على برامج (Excel)، والخبرة في استخدام الأنظمة المحاسبية (ERP Systems). المهارات الشخصية: الدقة العالية، الانتباه للتفاصيل، الأمانة، والقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل وإدارة الوقت بكفاءة. مميزات العمل: راتب أساسي مجزٍ يُحدد بناءً على الخبرة المسبقة. بيئة عمل مستقرة وفرص للتطور المهني. مواعيد عمل ثابتة.

Financial Analyst (FP&A) Location: Sheraton We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & FP&A Specialist with strong financial analysis and accounting expertise to join a professional team within a confidential organization. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on financial accounting experience with financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and management reports. Support annual budgeting, financial planning, and rolling forecasts. Prepare direct and indirect cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital. Analyze financial performance, investigate variances, and report on operational KPIs. Develop financial models and conduct business and performance analysis. Handle balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany settlements, and month-end and year-end closing activities. Support the preparation of financial statements and coordinate with external auditors. Monitor financial metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and support internal controls. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant finance experience, including solid accounting expertise and financial analysis. Hands-on experience in both FP&A and core financial accounting operations. Practical experience in cash flow forecasting, budgeting, working capital, and operational KPI reporting. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial statement preparation. Fluent English (excellent written and spoken communication is mandatory). Advanced MS Excel and strong MS Office skills. Hands-on experience with SAP is required; experience with other ERP systems may also be considered. Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is preferred. Job Summary: To oversee and monitor the subsidiaries’ compliance with corporate governance requirements issued by regulatory authorities, coordinate with compliance officers to develop and update governance policies and procedures, and conduct periodic assessments of the governance framework while preparing the required reports. Job Responsibilities: 1. Monitor governance compliance: Ensure subsidiaries comply with regulatory and bank governance requirements, follow up on gaps, and obtain supporting documentation. 2. Governance policies & assessments: Develop, update, and distribute governance assessment tools and ensure subsidiaries establish, adopt, and regularly update required governance policies and procedures. 3. Reporting & records: Review assessment results, maintain the subsidiaries’ governance register and related data, and prepare periodic reports for the Governance Committee and relevant committees. 4. Coordination & follow-up: Coordinate with subsidiary compliance officers, monitor internal controls and governance implementation, and ensure required updates are applied. 5. Team management & additional duties: Supervise the first-line manager, assign and monitor tasks, evaluate performance, and perform other duties assigned by the Head of Sector.
