مطلوب حاسب كميات ومقدر للتكاليف (Quantity Surveyor & Cost Estimator) *الخبرة العملية: تتراوح بين سنتين إلى 5 سنوات • المهارات الأساسية: • قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهندسية والرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings). • إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ) ومقايسات المشاريع. • تحليل التكاليف المباشرة وغير المباشرة وحساب الإنتاجية وبنود العمالة والمصنعيات. • معرفة بأسعار السوق الحالية للمواد والخامات. • البرامج والمهارات التقنية: • الإجادة التامة لبرنامج Microsoft Excel (ويفضل معرفة الجداول المحورية والمعادلات المتقدمة). • برامج الهندسة والحصر والرسم مثل AutoCAD، وبرامج التخصص مثل CostX, PlanSwift, WinQS, Revit,
