المسمى الوظيفي: فني جودة تركيبات ميكانيكية الإدارة: الجودة / إدارة الجودة الشاملة (TQM) الهدف من الوظيفة: فحص أعمال التركيبات الميكانيكية والتأكد من تركيب المكونات والأجزاء طبقًا للرسومات الهندسية وتعليمات العمل والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة. المهام والمسؤوليات: فحص تركيب المكونات والأجزاء الميكانيكية داخل عربات السكك الحديدية. التأكد من مطابقة مواقع المكونات واتجاهاتها وأبعادها للرسومات المعتمدة. فحص تركيب الأبواب والمقاعد والألواح والمثبتات والمكونات الأخرى، حسب نطاق العمل. التحقق من سلامة التثبيت والربط والعزوم المطلوبة للمسامير عند تحديدها بالمواصفات. اكتشاف الأجزاء الناقصة أو التركيب الخاطئ أو عدم مطابقة المكونات للمواصفات. استخدام أدوات القياس المناسبة للتحقق من الأبعاد والخلوصات والمحاذاة. تسجيل نتائج الفحص والإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة. متابعة تصحيح العيوب وإعادة الفحص قبل قبول الأعمال. المشاركة في فحص جودة التجميع خلال مراحل التصنيع والفحص النهائي. المؤهلات المطلوبة: دبلوم فني صناعي تخصص ميكانيكا أو إنتاج أو تصنيع. يفضل وجود خبرة في التركيبات الميكانيكية أو التجميع الصناعي. القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الهندسية واستخدام أدوات القياس.

المسمى الوظيفي: فني جودة دهان الإدارة: الجودة / إدارة الجودة الشاملة (TQM) الهدف من الوظيفة: فحص أعمال تجهيز الأسطح والدهان والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة ومتطلبات جودة الطلاء والحماية من التآكل. المهام والمسؤوليات: فحص الأسطح قبل الدهان والتأكد من جاهزيتها طبقًا للمواصفات. فحص جودة الدهان واكتشاف العيوب، مثل التقشير والفقاعات وعدم تجانس اللون وتفاوت سمك الطلاء. التأكد من الالتزام بمواصفات الدهان المعتمدة وطبقات الطلاء المطلوبة. قياس سمك طبقة الدهان باستخدام أجهزة القياس المخصصة، وفقًا لإجراءات الفحص. التحقق من نظافة الأسطح وظروف التطبيق البيئية عند اشتراط ذلك. تسجيل نتائج الفحص وإعداد تقارير العيوب وعدم المطابقة. متابعة إصلاح عيوب الدهان وإعادة الفحص. التأكد من حماية الأجزاء المطلية من التلف أثناء مراحل التصنيع والتجميع. المؤهلات المطلوبة: دبلوم فني صناعي تخصص دهانات أو كيمياء أو ميكانيكا أو تخصص صناعي ذي صلة. يفضل وجود خبرة في الدهانات الصناعية أو فحص الطلاء. يفضل الإلمام بأجهزة قياس سمك الطلاء وطرق فحص الأسطح.

مصنع خضروات مجمدة. ذكور واناث. العمل بالمصنع. ذكور بالوردية المسائية (اسبوع ليلي واسبوع نهاري). الاناث وردية نهارية فقط.

Job Description The Quality Control Chemist will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes and products. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting material tests, developing quality procedures, and collaborating with various teams to maintain and improve product quality. The ideal candidate will have a chemistry background or engineering background, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are Oversee and analyze production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements Conduct tests and analyses on raw materials and finished products to verify their adherence to quality and safety standards. Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order) Develop and implement quality procedures and standards to enhance production processes and product quality Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%) Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, implementing corrective actions promptly. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturing processes. Lead and participate in root cause analysis for quality defects and implement effective solutions. Develop and deliver training programs for production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among all employees. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a related field. Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer (QA/QC) or similar roles in a manufacturing settings. Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies In-depth understanding of technical documentation Familiarity with statistical analysis Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment, particularly for testing plastic materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and report generation. Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards. Plus Requirements: Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus Previous experience in a similar role within the PVC Gasket or plastics manufacturing industry. Previous experience in Home Appliances manufacturing specifically Refrigerators. Knowledge of ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience in quality control and assurance in a manufacturing setting.
