Key Responsibilities Design and implement predictive and optimization models using classical ML, statistical modeling, and deep learning techniques. Build and deploy models on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS), owning the full path from feature extraction to production, including MLOps practices like CI/CD for models and monitoring. Build evaluation pipelines and support A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and reliability. Job objective Determines donor suitability to undergo plasmapheresis procedure including vital sign determination, medical history questioning, HCT/TP/weight determination and set up, disconnect, and operation of the automated plasmapheresis machine. Monitors donors ensuring safe and successful plasmapheresis procedures. Assists in the plasma collection process under the supervision of a certified employee and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures Manual guidelines. May also perform all autopheresis technician operator functions including response and evaluation of all autopheresis trouble shooting displays. Key responsibility Conducts pre-donation medical screening in accordance with established guidelines. Determines Hematocrit (HCT) and Protein via finger stick and use of the hematastat and refractometer.
