Duties will include but not limited to: Receive weekly production plan and follow up the execution steps. Follow up product preparation, filtration, filling and capping processes and related processes according to Production Batch Record and SOPs. Issue and update SOP’s and batch record. Follow up execution for sterile area controls according to SOPs. Communicate with other related departments (QA, Validation Engineering, QC, R&D, Warehouse, etc.). Record all relevant data related to SOP, Batch Records and logbooks. Perform any additional tasks as requested. The right applicant should have: BSc. in pharmaceutical science. 1-4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning or Production. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Operations & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for supporting daily site activities in production and maintenance. The Engineer participates in preventative and corrective maintenance activities (eg - M1 tasks) whilst ensuring occupational safety, process safety and security protocol are observed and enforced around the plant. Working within an ‘on call’ environment, he/she contributes to site reliability through the effective collaboration with other on-site employees, regional experts, central maintenance teams and the SIO center (SIOC). The Engineer strives to maintain safety, asset availability, health and compliance within the plant and positively represents Air Liquide during any routine interactions with customer representatives. Leveraging Air Liquide’s network and systems, the Operations & Maintenance Engineer ensures customer demands are met and profitability is maximized.Safety Responsible for site emergency management issues; ensures he/she is trained and qualified for proper implementation of the emergency response plan and plant security plan Coordinates with contract and in-house maintenance teams on the safe handover of equipment; performs proper isolation of the system, energy control and isolation Contributes to the development and observation of site safety standards and compliance (eg - work permits); works to identify and implement preventative/corrective actions after near misses are reported Actively contributes towards the compliance of all regulations applicable to his/her domain(s) of competency including participating in inspections and audits Operations Management Coordinates with SIOC to optimize facility performance by focusing on the efficiency and reliability of production and processes; implements energy sourcing strategies Follows SOP and participates in SOP writing and continuous improvement, in order to ensure the plant and its network reaches their best operating point Supports the facility’s unattended control room model by monitoring and responding to alarm conditions when ‘on call’; uses DCS and other available systems and platforms to troubleshoot issues; mobilizes and visits the site to attend escalated alarm issues as required. Investigates operations issues arising within his/her domain(s) of competency with an aim of reducing the lead time between trouble detection and clearance Safely operates the plant in specific non-standard modes Using the automated loading systems, coordinates with material and bulk product drivers to ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of raw materials and products Competently starts up and shuts down plant equipment safely and in compliance with applicable SOPs Asset Management Follows AL maintenance strategy to ensure effective organization and optimization of the facility, equipment and systems Completes routine and corrective M1 maintenance tasks as assigned by the maintenance supervisor, including but not limited to analyzer checks and calibration, safety valve inspection, oil sampling) Performs routine rounds, equipment health inspections and facility checks (eg - EIS, back-up systems); logs required readings and recording observations which may signal issues in order to reduce plant downtime Supports in managing contractors under direction of the Facility Manager Manages local spare parts and consumables inventory (including PO creation, handling and storage) Supports the implementation of facility policies and procedures External Customer Management Upon Facility Manager delegation and in coordination with SIOC, communicates with customers around production plans, customer requirements, and incident management Project Support Contributes to or leads minor upgrade or retrofit projects though activities such as equipment/service specification, vendor selection, and design and execution phase participation Participates in M2 Maintenance, especially in TAR preparation, execution and capitalization under guidance from the local or central TAR team and Facility Management team (eg: energy control & isolation, PTW, planning, MoS, arranging spare parts, contractors, etc) Knowledge sharing and collaboration Assists the Facility Manager and the Maintenance team in the investigation of incidents and development of corrective actions and protocol Communicates effectively with colleagues on-site, the SIOC and Hub Experts in order to identify trends, share data and disseminate information Mentors and supports site colleagues with On Job Training tasks within domain of expertise Actively participates in plant meetings Promotes compliance with all Group directives Completes all required digital and on job trainings including mandatory Group trainings, IMS and GP03 trainings within domains of expertise ___________________Are you a MATCH? Own performance across paid media, email, web, SEO, retargeting, webinars, events and always-on journeys. Set and track MQL, conversion, cost and funnel performance targets with key marketing stakeholders. Manage media and agency partners, ensuring delivery, quality, spend and performance against agreed SLAs. Own HubSpot Marketing Hub as the core marketing activation and automation platform. Ensure effective integration and lifecycle governance between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics. Build and optimise segmentation, lead scoring, routing, nurture journeys, forms, UTMs, dashboards and attribution. Lead A/B testing, landing-page optimisation, data hygiene, QA and regular campaign performance reviews. Leverage AI and automation tools to improve analysis, reporting and scalable campaign operations while maintaining data quality and control Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, IT, Engineering or related field; HubSpot/GA4 certifications preferred 8+ years' experience, including 4+ years in B2B growth, demand generation or marketing operations within technology/SaaS/FinTech or related sectors. Proven experience managing full-funnel B2B campaigns, budgets, MQL/SQL conversion, CPL/CAC and pipeline reporting. Advanced hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce. Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, UTMs, A/B testing and CRO.
