نبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكا صيانة ذو خبرة قوية للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، ويتولى مسؤولية الإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة الميكانيكية بالمصنع، وضمان جاهزية وكفاءة المعدات وخطوط الإنتاج وتقليل الأعطال والتوقفات غير المخططة. ويُفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة سابقة في مصانع الراتنجات أو الصناعات الكيميائية أو البتروكيماويات أو الصناعات التحويلية. المسؤوليات الرئيسية * الإشراف على جميع أعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية الوقائية والتصحيحية والتنبؤية داخل المصنع. * وضع وتنفيذ خطط وبرامج الصيانة الدورية للمعدات وخطوط الإنتاج. * متابعة وتشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لإصلاحها في أسرع وقت. * الإشراف على صيانة المعدات الدوارة مثل الطلمبات، الجيربوكسات، الخلاطات، الـAgitators والضواغط وغيرها. * الإشراف على صيانة المعدات الثابتة مثل الـReactors، Tanks، Heat Exchangers، خطوط المواسير، والصمامات. * متابعة الحالة الفنية للمفاعلات وخطوط الإنتاج وأنظمة الخلط والنقل والمعدات المرتبطة بعملية التصنيع. * إعداد ومتابعة خطط الـShutdown والـTurnaround وأعمال الصيانة الكبرى. * تحليل الأعطال المتكررة وإجراء Root Cause Analysis (RCA) ووضع الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المناسبة. * تحديد احتياجات الصيانة من العمالة وقطع الغيار والمستلزمات الفنية. * التنسيق المستمر مع إدارات الإنتاج والكهرباء والأجهزة والـHSE والمشتريات والمخازن. * الإشراف على المقاولين وشركات الصيانة الخارجية والتأكد من جودة الأعمال المنفذة. * مراجعة الرسومات والمخططات الميكانيكية وP&IDs والكتيبات الفنية للمعدات. * متابعة تكاليف الصيانة والعمل على الاستخدام الأمثل لقطع الغيار والموارد. * التأكد من تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة طبقًا لمعايير السلامة والجودة وإجراءات الشركة. * إعداد تقارير دورية عن الأعطال، أوقات التوقف، أعمال الصيانة، وكفاءة المعدات. * قيادة وتوجيه فريق الصيانة الميكانيكية وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء. * العمل على رفع اعتمادية المعدات وتقليل الأعطال وتحسين كفاءة التشغيل. المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة * بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية. * خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات ويفضل 15 سنة أو أكثر في مجال الصيانة الميكانيكية بالمصانع. * خبرة قوية في صيانة المعدات الميكانيكية الصناعية. * يُفضل بشدة الخبرة في مصانع الراتنجات أو الصناعات الكيميائية أو البتروكيماويات أو الصناعات التحويلية. * خبرة قوية في التعامل مع المعدات الدوارة والثابتة. * خبرة في إعداد وتنفيذ خطط الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية. * خبرة فعلية في تشخيص الأعطال وحل المشكلات الفنية. * خبرة في أعمال الـShutdown والـTurnaround والصيانة الكبرى. * يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في قيادة وإدارة فرق الصيانة. * القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الميكانيكية وP&IDs والمخططات الفنية. * مهارات قوية في القيادة والتخطيط واتخاذ القرار. * القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط ومتابعة الأعطال الطارئة عند الحاجة. * إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تعد ميزة إضافية. * الخبرة في استخدام أنظمة CMMS / Maintenance Management Systems تعد ميزة إضافية. يفضل في المتقدم خبرة سابقة داخل مصنع يعتمد على Reactors, Agitators, Pumps, Gearboxes, Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Piping Systems

This is a forward-deployed engineering role. You will work directly with the founder and clients to understand business workflows, turn them into software, build the system, and deploy it into production. You will work in person with the founder at our office in Obour City. What you will do Build and maintain web applications for business clients, starting with an accounting-office management system.
